POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a Syracuse resident Thursday with rape following a sexual assault complaint on Clarkson University campus.
Kema K. Ndebay, 17, was charged with third-degree rape, felony, at 2 p.m. at the Potsdam Police Department.
Orders of protection were issued to the parties involved, officers said.
Ndebay was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court Nov. 16 at noon
