Several people injured in accidents Friday as snow storm pummels St. Lawrence County; many crashes reported

Several people were injured and a rash of accidents was reported Friday as a snow storm pummeled St. Lawrence County:

• BRASHER -- Two people were injured in an accident Friday at 1:53 p.m. near on Dullea Road, near County Route 53.

Sharee N. Wilcuts, 24, of North Lawrence was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• OSWEGATCHIE -- One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday at 4:29 p.m. on the Irish Settlement Road near the Pinkerton Road.

Nicholas T. Barcomb, 20, of Canton and April D. Terry, 26, of Box Elder, South Dakota, wre the drivers,

Ogdensburg state police said the accident was under investigation.

• OSWEGATCHIE -- Ogdensburg-based state police responded to an accident Friday at 1:25 a.m. on State Highway 812, near the Dump Road.

Troopers said Brian L. Middlemiss, 28, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• STOCKHOLM -- Massena-based state police investigated an accident Friday at 9:57 a.m.

Joshua Foster, 23, of Potsdam was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• LAWRENCE -- One person was injured in an accident on Route 11C near the Hallahand Road.

Kayla P. Viau, 22, of Winthrop, was the driver.

Massena-based state police said the incident was under investigation.

• STOCKHOLM -- One person was injured in an accident on Mahoney Road near County Route 49.

Tammy L. McCarthy, 40, of Norfolk, was the driver.

No inuries were reported.

• RUSSELL -- Canton-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 7:50 a.m. Friday at County Route 24 near County Route 25.

Macy M. Sokolowksi, 17, and Eric J. Soper, 39, were the drivers, according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.

• PIERREPONT -- Canton-based state police responded to accidents on Friday at 9:42 a.m. on State Highway 68 near Powers Road.

Douglas A. White, 51, of Colton was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• LISBON -- Ogdensburg-based state police responded to an accident on State Route 37 near Wright Road Friday at 9:22 a.m.

Amy L. Stevenson, 34, of Ogdensburg was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• OSWEGATCHIE -- Ogdensburg-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident in the Stone Fence Parking Lot on State Highway 37 Friday at 9:12 a.m.

John C. Borasky, 22, of Ogdensburg was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• DEKALB -- Gouverneur-based state police responded to an accident Firday at 10:26 a.m. on State Highway 812, near the Old Canton Road.

Melissa A. Knight, 33, of DeKalb was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man hit a parked vehicle Firday at 2:48 p.m.

Gouverneur-based state police said Gary N. Young, 54, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• DEKALB -- Gouverneur-based state police responded to an accident on U.S. Highway 11 near Richville Bridge Road Friday at 4:37 p.m.

Joshua Martell, 19, of Southwick Maine, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• GOUVERNEUR -- Gouverneur-based state police investigated an accident Friday at 9:50 a.m. on the Kearney Road near County Route 12.

Sarah V. Blair, 21, of Gouverneur, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• PITCAIRN -- Star Lake-based state police responded to an accident on State Highway 812 near the Alpine Road.

Francis S. Rounds, 41, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• HOPKINTON -- Massena-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident Friday at 7:55 a.m. on State Highway 11 B, near State Route 458.

Becki S. Haverstock, 43, of St. Regis Falls, was the driver.

No injuries were reported.

• WADDINGTON -- Massena-based state police investigated an accident on Green Road near State Route 37.

Ricardo Morales, 47, of Orefield, Penn. was the driver
