BRASHER – Brett L. Logan, 23, Winthrop, is accused of driving and ATV while intoxicated and other charges Thursday morning.

State police said they received several complaints of someone driving an ATV erratically on State Rt. 11C.

Logan reportedly pulled the 1991 Suzuki ATV into the parking lot of the Riverside Bar and went inside.

After reportedly being denied service at the bar, he walked outside and was met by a waiting state police patrol.

Testing revelaed Logan's blood alcohol level to be at .14 percent, well above the .08 percent threshold for a DWI charge.

He was charged at SP Winthrop with first-offense DWI, unregistered ATV, operating an ATV on a highway, inadequate muffler, and no insurance.

He was issued appearance tickets. Troopers said the investigation is pending.

Logan is due in Brasher Town Court July 24.
