OGDENSBURG -- State Senator Patty Ritchie recently visited the Ogdensburg Public Library, to read to young library patrons during its summer children's reading program.
Ritchie, 48th District senator, is a member of the New York State Senate's Committee on Libraries and was recently honored for her advocacy for community libraries.
