New York State Senator Betty Little was sworn in in the Senate Chamber on the opening day of the 2017 legislative session on Wednesday, Jan. 4.
Her district comprises the St. Lawrence County towns of Parishville, Clare, Colton, Hopkinton and Piercefield, plus to the east, all of Franklin, Clinton, Essex and Warren counties and part of Washington County.
New York State’s Chief Judge Janet DiFiore administered the oath of office.
Little was reelected in November to represent the 45th Senate District for an eighth term.
