HANNAWA FALLS – State police are investigating a reported incident of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Hannawa Falls at about 5 a.m. today.
Both state troopers and deputies from the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the scene.
The investigation continues at this time. Additional details from state police were not immediately available.
