MASSENA – A second man was charged in an assault involving a loaded firearm that occurred Friday Stearns Street.
Robert Snyder, 36, of 32 Hall Road, was charged with assault with intent to cause injury with a weapon and criminal possession of weapon.
Samuel J. Snyder, 33, was also charged in the same incident. State police charged Samuel Snyder with second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
Both men were held by state police.
