MASSENA -- Everyone, including ice fishermen, snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) operators, are being asked by Seaway officials to refrain from using the canal between Eisenhower and Snell Locks.
A press release from the Seaway Development Corporation office in Massena said the warning is due to the possibility of an unstable ice cover.
