GOUVERNEUR -- Former St. Lawrence County Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava, who now serves as  Deputy Secretary of State For Local Government, will deliver a regional State of the State message today at 10 a.m. at Gouverneur's Village Court House, 33 Clinton Street.

Scozzafava will deliver a second address at the Wild Center in Tupper Lake at 2 p.m.

Members of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's cabinet have been delivering region addresses throughout the week.
