POTSDAM -- Dede Scozzafava, state Deputy Secretary of State for Local Government and a former North Country assemblywoman, is coming to Potsdam Monday to talk about Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s plans for 2012 as outlined in his State of the State address this week.
Scozzafava will present “A Briefing on Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of the State Message and 2012 Goals” Monday at Clarkson University.
She will speak at 3:30 p.m. at the university’s Student Center Mulitpurpose Rooms.
The university was asked to host the session with Scozzafava, a Republican, appointed to her post by Democratic Gov. Cuomo after her unsuccessful bid for Congress from the 23rd District.
