MASSENA -- The Salvation Army held a ribbon-cutting on Monday for their relocated thrift store.
It moved from Highland Road to 210 North Main St., a former Kinney Drugs.
The store has been remodeled with a new layout, according to the Massena Chamber of Commerce.
