Democrat Assemblywoman Addie Russell, of Theresa, has released her list of endorsements today in her bid for reelection to the 116th Assembly seat, which she has held since 2009.

The 116th Assembly District includes the St. Lawrence County towns Canton, DePeyster, Hammond, Lisbon, Louisville, Macomb, Massena, Morristown, Oswegatchie, Potsdam, Rossie and Waddington; the cities of Watertown and Ogdensburg; and other parts of Jefferson County. Russell is challenged by Republican John Byrne of Cape Vincent.

She also announced that she has been named to the New York Farm Bureau's Circle of Friends.

"I work hard on behalf of the residents in this district," said Russell. "These endorsements mean so much to me as these organizations are recognizing my hard work and the success that I have been able to achieve."
