POTSDAM -- A Russell man was jailed on felony possession of a loaded firearm on Wednesday evening on State Highway 310, according to state police.
Canton-based troopers say they charged Justin L. Goodale, 28, at 9:15 p.m. with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
Goodale was jailed on cash bail, officers said.
