RUSSELL -- A Russell man was hospitalized after an alleged drunk driving accident.
Timothy Kruger, 47, of 612 Blanchard Hill Road, was charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and driving while intoxicated.
St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say the charges stemmed from a drunk driving accident on County Route 25 that occurred at 9:56 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies say Kruger was injured and transported to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center by Russell Rescue.
Canton and Russell fire departments were also on scene.
Deputies say additional charges are pending.
