RUSSELL – A Russell teen was arrested Saturday for allegedly selling someone elses’s car without permission.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Justin E. Schultz, 17, of 3619 County Route 24, with fourth degree grand larceny, a class E felony, at 8 p.m.
Deputies said he sold a blue 2000 Dodge Intrepid belonging to Clarence Cleveland without permission or authorization.
After responding to the incident, the vehicle was located at a residence in Russell and returned to Cleveland, deputies said.
Schultz is to face the charge in Russell Town Court on Aug. 15.
