RUSSELL – A Canton man faces drunk driving and other charges following an ATV accident Saturday while illegally driving on County Rt. 27, according to state police.

Cole J. Olmstead, 28, Canton, was charged Sept. 4 with two counts of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an injury accident, illegally operating an ATV on a highway and operating a vehicle without insurance.

He was issued appearance tickets for court at a later date.
