ROOSEVELTOWN -- A man was jailed Tuesday afternoon after throwing a vacuum cleaner at a 60-inch television and damaging a female victim's 2009 Chevy Tahoe during a reported domestic dispute, according to state police.
Christopher D. Lazore, 39, was charged at 2:20 p.m. on County Route 45 with second-degree criminal mischief, felony, troopers said.
Troopers said when Lazore threw the vacuum cleaner that it broke the television and a DVD player.
He later threw an unknown item at the Chevy Tahoe causing driver’s side rear quarter panel damage, officers said.
Lazore was reportedly arraigned in Massena court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
He is to appear in court April 11 at 11 a.m., officers said.
State police said they were assisted in the investigation by the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department.
