POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Thursday after police investigated a report of a rock being thrown at a vehicle on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.

Thomas R. Sprague, 32, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 12:12 a.m., officers said.
