POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Thursday after police investigated a report of a rock being thrown at a vehicle on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.
Thomas R. Sprague, 32, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 12:12 a.m., officers said.
Sprague reportedly threw a rock from a nearby building, striking and damaging a vehicle.
The damage caused more than $250 in damage, officers said.
He was cited and released on a ticket returnable in Potsdam court June 13.
