POTSDAM – Frederick “Hank” Robar says some of the toilets at his Pierrepont Avenue “toilet garden” protest were vandalized Friday night.
Robar said he had a security camera there to catch any potential vandalism, but that the perpetrator seems to have put a tarp over it before breaking the porcelain.
His protests over village codes continue after 10 years with three toilet sites.
He says he is offering a $300 reward for information about the vandalism.
