GOUVERNEUR -- Some traffic snarls should expected as road work continues on U.S. Rt. 11, resuming Tuesday, July 1.
Workers will be milling the road surface from the western village limits to the U.S. Rt. 11 bridge over the Oswegatchie River.
That phase of their work is expected to be done Wednesday.
The state Department of Transportation says motorists should expect some delays. And they want to remind drivers to pass through this and every work zone with care.
