OGDENSBURG – Staff at United Helpers’ RiverLedge Residence have been working to revitalize the food offerings at the nursing home.
The addition of Jeremy D. Smithers as kitchen supervisor and Suzanna M. Friot as cook has seen new menu items that include a choice of homemade soups, entrees, fresh fruit, and deserts. In addition, an al carte menu and snacks are also available.
“I like it all,” said Thomas Bain, a resident at RiverLedge Residence for the last nine years. “I never order anything different from the menu because they know what they are doing here.”
