DEKALB – A Richville man is out on cash bail following his arrest on six charges including assault and growing marijuana.
Frederick F. Davis, 32, was charged Sunday night with third-degree assault, third-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief: preventing an emergency call, along with unlawfully growing marijuana, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia: scales, and endangering the welfare of a child.
State police said the charges stem from a domestic dispute complaint they received at 9:15 p.m.
