DEKALB -- A Richville man was charged felony sexual abuse of a three-year old Tuesday morning following a complaint first reported to state police May 1.
James S. Snyder, 52, was charged at 9:10 a.m. with first-degree sexual abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child, troopers said.
Police said Snyder knew the victim.
He is being held at the St. Lawrence County Jail, Canton, on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond, troopers said.
