FOWLER -- Troopers say a Richville man is charged with felony criminal mischief after getting stuck in a field and leaving ruts.

Ty B. Fuller, 20, is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, felony, and misdemeanor trespass, troopers said.

Police said on June 16 around 2 a.m., he got stuck in a field on Firefalls Road and created deep ruts, causing about $640 in damage.

He was charged Friday, arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and released, police said.
