MASSENA -- Joseph DiLorenzo Jr. was the lucky winner of a bike at the Gouverneur fair. DiLorenzo, of Rhode Island, was visiting his uncle Tony Ursillo, of Massena.
"My nephew is visiting from Rhode Island for the summer and he had a great time at the fair. But he will always remember the fair because he won the fair raffle for a cool trick bicycle," Ursillo said. "He noticed the bikes, but didn't want to bother entering. We all asked him to put in an entry. It just goes to show that you can win."
