CANTON – In an effort to plan and improve service, the Canton Free Library Board of Trustees invites area residents to complete a brief community survey, at http://iesurveys.potsdam.edu/cantonfreelibrarysp2011.htm
The survey is voluntary, all responses are anonymous, and all input is valued.
The information received will be used to review and improve current library services when and where possible.
Paper copies are available at the Patron Services desk at CFL as well as at the branch libraries in Morley and Rensselaer Falls.
Those who complete the Canton Free Library survey by Friday, April 22 can qualify for a drawing for the "Two for Twenty” dinner available at The Club restaurant in Canton. To enter the draw, complete the Draw Form, which will pop up when the Canton Free Library survey is submitted. It will request a name and contact information; this information is not linked to the Library User Survey in any manner. The winner will be notified by telephone.
If you have questions about the survey, contact Judy Singh, Coordinator of Institutional Research and Assessment, SUNY Potsdam, at singhjr@potsdam.edu or 267-2188, or Lyn Swafford, Library Executive Director, at canton@northnet.org or 386-3712.
