OGDENSBURG -- Residents of the Beaver Brook development are invited to a meeting on the stormwater improvement project at 6 p.m. April 6 at the Dobisky Visitor’s Center, 100 Riverside Ave.
The project, to alleviate flooding and property damage concerns there, will soon be underway.
Project Engineer John LaGorga, GHD Consulting Engineers, City Manager Arthur J. Sciorra, and Department of Public Works Director Kit W. Smith will present background about the project and answer questions.
The project will replace pipes, clean the sanitary and stormwater systems, remove a catch basin and improve a swale in the Beaver Brook development of about 30 houses.
The project is expected to begin April 15 and to be done by June 1.
