OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man faces charges following an investigation of gunshots fired on Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Duane A. Gemmill, 49, was charged with unlawful possession of fireworks at 4:30 p.m.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
