Rep. Bill Owens will visit St. Lawrence County today to tour a Canton business and visit with Potsdam middle school students.

At 10 a.m., Owens will tour Poulin Grain in Canton to see their operations, visit with workers and discuss issues facing the business.

At 11:15 a.m., the Plattsburgh Democrat will visit A.A. Kingston Middle School in Potsdam.
