CANTON – Two people have been charged with petit larceny following a St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force investigation into the theft of property owned by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
Doug J. Mattice, 34, Rensselaer Falls and Stephanie Voisine, 30, Colton, were both charged with the class A misdemeanor.
Deputies did not release what the property was.
Both were issued appearance tickets for Canton Village Court on Feb. 7.
Canton Village Police also assisted with the investigation.
