OSWEGATCHIE — A Rensselaer Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated after traveling through an accident scene at an unsafe speed, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Lance G. Breyette, 22, was charged July 20 with first-offense DWI, unsafe speed/special hazards and unlicensed operator, officers said.
Breyette had a blood-alcohol content (BAC) OF .11 percent, deputies said.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Oswegatchie court at a later date.
