MASSENA -- The village would like to announce that they will distribute recycling containers to individual households of village residents over the next few weeks, weather permitting.
Distribution will be scheduled on the same day as normal refuse collection.
One container per single family household will be distributed.
Landlords of properties must pick up containers at the village DPW, 85 Robinson Rd., Wednesdays between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
A log will be kept (date and address) of drop offs.
