St. Lawrence County will get some rain this weekend with temperatures dipping into the mid-60s Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

Meteorologists are calling for a sunny day today around 75 degrees, giving way to a mostly clear Friday night, with thermometers reading around 53 degrees.

That is expected to lead to a moderately warm Saturday with temperatures around 75. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation in all areas of St. Lawrence County. The NWS says rain could start around 4 p.m.

On Saturday night, forecasters call for a 90 percent chance of rain in the northern part of the county and 100 percent in the southern reaches with temperatures dropping to about 58.

Sunday should bring more rain, meteorologists say, with the temperature hitting high in the mid-60s. There is a 100 percent chance in most areas, and 90 percent in the higher elevations. Night temperatures are predicted in the mid-50s.

Monday has a 60 percent chance of showers with temperatures in the low-70s.
