CANTON -- The Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed subdivision of the former Key Bank lot in the University Plaza at 5933 U.S. Highway 11.
The hearing will be held Monday, Dec. 18, at 6:20 p.m., at the municipal building board room, 60 Main St.
The applicant, New Venture Assets, LLC, proposes to subdivide the property so that the former Key Bank location is separated to form its own parcel containing approximately 0.732 acres or 31,871 square feet. United Helpers has expressed interest in acquiring the lot.
A map showing the proposed new parcel is filed with the village clerk and available for public view.
At the hearing, public comment will be received concerning the subdivision proposal, and the environmental impacts, if any, which may result from the proposed subdivision.
