Frank received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Penn., and completed post graduate training with the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a diplomate of both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and of the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
Frank provides comprehensive psychiatric treatment and mental health services for individuals three years of age and older.
Working in collaboration with the hospital’s behavioral health and detoxification programs, Frank also sees patients 18 years of age and older with addictions to alcohol, opioids, and other substances.
