HOPKINTON -- A Winthrop man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Lake Ozonia Road Wednesday night following a reported property-damage accident, according to state police.
Edward G. Sickenberger, 49, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and leaving a motor vehicle unattended.
He was charged at 8:50 p.m. and released on appearance tickets.
No injuries were reported from the accident.
