Price Chopper issued a recall on "Price Chopper's Homogenized Milk" in half-gallon paper cartons Sunday.
The recall is on products with a UPC Code 4173513275 and a Sept. 29 expiration date.
The product is being recalled due to the possible presence of a non-hazardous cleaning solution in the milk.
The solution is used to clean the equipment during milk processing and is not harmful to animals or humans, according to a notice issued by Price Chopper.
Customers who have any of the affected products should return it to their local Price Chopper for a full refund.
