POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Dissolution Committee's "what exists" report is due out this week.
Committee Chairman Tim Connolly says the report, the first in a series of reports for the village board, is an inventory of what the town and village have and do now.
The report, prepared with the help of grant-funded consultants, is a foundation for later discussion of what the town and village will do if voters decide to dissolve the village and leave government functions to the town and county.
