POTSDAM -- Emersen Garrow was the winner of this bicycle donated by Potsdam Ponderosa during the Potsdam Summer Festival's Outer Market Mania and Touch-A-Truck event held in the Save-A-Lot parking lot on Friday, July 10.
Garrow is pictured with event coordinator, Janice Adderley of The UPS Store; and Jeffrey Prosper of Potsdam Ponderosa. The annual event offered free games, crafts, entertainment by Cubby T. Clown & Co., Tap To Toe Dance Studio, fire trucks and many other types of trucks for children to learn about.
