POTSDAM – A Potsdam woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after police observed a two car property-damage accident on Market St. Monday night, according to Potsdam police.
Mikel A. Vanarsdale, 44, was charged at 9:35 p.m. with first-offense DWI, improper left turn, failure to yield the right of way, and speed not reasonable or prudent, officers said.
Vanarsdale was issued appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court Jan. 10 at 9:30 a.m., police said.
