MADRID — A Potsdam woman was charged with petit larceny stemming from a complaint from Main Street Market that a person had allegedly taken items without paying for them, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies.
Jocolyn E. Scott, 24, was cited for petit larceny after taking two ice cream sandwiches from the store without paying for them, deputies said.
She was cited and released.
