POTSDAM – Village police charged Sheila H. Scott, 41, Potsdam, with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 12:11 a.m. Saturday in the Burger King parking lot.
Police allege that Scott’s blood alcohol content was .24 percent, three times the legal limit of .08 percent, and above.18 percent, causing the aggravated charge.
She was issued an appearance ticket for village court on March 9.
