POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman was charged Saturday afternoon for allegedly stealing the identity of another person to receive medical care treatment on Aug. 26, according to Potsdam police.
Jenna L. LaMar, 28, was charged with first-degree identity theft on Market Street shortly before 1 p.m., officers said.
She was additionally charged with theft of services for reportedly failing to pay for a taxi ride in the village, police said.
She was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation, officers said.
