PARISHVILLE -- A Potsdam woman is accused of arson and weapons charges after an incident in Parishville Monday evening.

State police have charged Gailanin V. Green, 40, with second-degree menacing: weapon, fifth-degree arson: intent to damage property, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: intent to use, all misdemeanors.

Police made the charges at 9:55 p.m. at 171 Chapel Hill Rd.
