POTSDAM -- The Village Board willl hold a special meeting Thursday morning at 9:15 a.m. in the Civic Center board room to consider resolutions on applying for a state Small Cities Community Development Program Block Grant.
That part of the session will be open.
The board anticipates going into executive session to discuss the employment history of one worker.
