POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Museum recently received a travel grant for $807 to allow museum curator, Mimi Van Deusen, to attend the NYS Museums in Action Annual Conference at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning.
The grant from the New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency, is administered by the Museum Association of New York.
The grants are one of a series of grants offered to help museums and historical societies to strengthen and develop their institutions and work with their communities.

The Potsdam Public Museum is located at 2 Park St. in the Civic Center. It is open 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
