POTSDAM – Potsdam police cited three people for speeding Tuesday as part of a statewide crackdown funded by the state.
• Jeremy R. VanSleet, 37, Winthrop, was cited at 6:20 p.m. on Lawrence Avenue for driving 47 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.
• Amanda L. Bernard, 29, Brasher Falls, was cited for speed in zone on Lawrence Avenue at 6:47 p.m. after being observed driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.
• Cody L. Riggleman, 28, Bedford, Penn., was cited for speed in zone on Lawrence Avenue at 7:12 p.m. after allegedly driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.
All three subjects were cited and released.
