POTSDAM -- Potsdam police say they returned a three-year-old child to his home after he was found walking on a busy street on Sunday.
Police said a call from a passer-by on Market Street reported a small child walking alone and dressed in pajamas, boots and mittens.
Police found the child and patrols were able to return him to his mother, who was at their residence.
