POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged a woman for interfering with a separate investigation by punching a police officer early Saturday morning on Market Street.
Taylor J. Scaia, 21, Syracuse was charged at 12:42 a.m. with second-degree harassment, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, officers said.
She was released on appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court Nov. 7, officers said.
