POTSDAM – A Potsdam couple and independent fitness coaches through Team Beachbody are offering free fitness support for St Lawrence County residents.

Rob and Jaime Bicknell said they joined Team Beachbody two years ago when they were looking for something to help keep them motivated to stay healthy for their three daughters.

“This is for people with no access to the gym…if you are working all the time or have kids…it holds you accountable,” she said.

Team Beachbody is a network of thousands of distributors that includes an online support and fitness community. The have created their own online health and fitness Facebook group “Rob and Jaime Bicknell Fitness” also known as “BicFIT”, as well as website www.bicfitempire.com to help those in need of accountability and health support reach their goals.

The free program has online challenge groups, support, workout routines and healthy eating tips.

Jaime, a physical therapist of almost 9 years, has a great deal of experience with fitness and health and says she knows what it takes to help keep people physically healthy.

“I see first hand how important being active and eating nutritiously is,” she said. “We have helped hundreds of people since joining Team Beachbody.”

They agree, the best thing about the company is the ability to workout at home.

“With their busy lives as working parents, they found it challenging to get to a gym,” Jamie said. “With the online community support, it was easy to get it done, right from the comfort of their own home.”

“Whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, there is something for everyone,” she said.
